Effective January 1st, 2008 our warranty repair policy will change to the policy as noted below:
Amplifiers will have a 39 month limited Repair warranty from the date it leaves our factory. Subwoofers will have a 15 month limited Repair warranty from the date it leaves our factory. THERE IS NO LONGER an OVER the COUNTER Exchange on the
P Series Subwoofers. Components, Coaxials & MP5 have a 15 month limited Repair warranty from the date it leaves our factory. Additionally, all Subwoofers will ONLY receive ONE Free Recone under the new warranty policy, which includes burnt voice coils.
In All Instances however, a VALID Purchase Receipt consisting of Purchase Date / Store Name & Location / Customer Name / Item Purchased and Sales Price will be required for warranty coverage.
