M-series – SQ-series – HiFi series and FR Series:
These models carry our exclusive 3-year factory warranty. These are the models that we design, engineer and manufacture in-house in Jupiter, Florida from the first resistor up. They are our “Flagship” models and we stand behind them wholeheartedly! The following is a list of reasons why this warranty would not apply,
- Not purchased from an authorized dealer, we have zero online retailers.
- Not the original purchaser. Original purchaser must have receipt for proof of sale.
- Water damage (we can replace the entire PCB for a charge).
- Excessive and consistent vibration damage. (This can be a monster with any amplifier, never mount directly to the subwoofer enclosure!)
- Serial number history is not clear or is transshipped.
- From using Aluminum wire on a high-current amplifier. (The dead give-away for this is a melted connector).
- Attempted repair by someone other than our factory.
- Damage in transit from improper packaging.
In order to return any product to MMATS you will need to acquire an RMA number either from online registration (available Feb. 2014) or a call to MMATS. Once you receive this number please write it with a sharpie next to the address label. This will help speed the process once we receive your return. Once we receive you return we start immediately on the repair. Our returns are so few, in most cases we can have your repaired item shipping back to you in 48 to 72 hours.. We know your music is important to you and we try our best to minimize your down-time.
The customer is liable for all freight charges coming to MMATS. MMATS will pay for the freight to return your product to you if warranty service is performed. If your product falls and is part of the categories listed above, return freight charges will apply.
